Terms & Conditions

1. All Repair job have six months warranty.

2. 3C Easy offers exchange, provided goods are returned in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase with invoice. A 15% restocking fee will apply to the returned goods.

3. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON SPECIAL ORDERS OR CLEARANCE ITEMS. Please check contents carefully. Error & Omission will not be accepted after authorizing receipt of goods.

4. Customers are responsible for all courier charges and insurance cost for purchases and warranty claims. Warranty does not cover any damage to other equipment used in conjunction with the above goods.

5. Service disclaimer: 3C Easy will not accept any responsibility for the loss of software or any data during service. It should be the responsibility of the customer to back up any data, software and information which the  customer believes to be important.

6. Prices are based on cash, EFTPOS or bank transfer only. There will be 1.65% surcharge for the credit card.

7. The goods are to remain in title and property of 3C Easy until fully paid.
